Southeast Missouri REALTORS® is a local real estate trade association in Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Perryville, and parts of Scott County, representing the interests of over 500 REALTORS® and real estate related professionals. The Association serves as a trusted voice in the real estate industry.

Southeast Missouri REALTORS® (SMR) promotes high standards of ethics and professionalism, empowers members to be an advocate for private property rights, promotes diversity and growth within the communities we serve, and provides guidance, knowledge and resources to our members.

Our Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics was adopted by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in 1913 and was one of the first set of codes of ethical duties adopted by a business group. The Code of Ethics is a set of standards that all REALTORS® must follow to ensure they are serving the best interests of their clients. REALTORS® are licensed real estate sales agents who are members of the National, State, and Local real estate associations.
