After becoming licensed with the MREC (Missouri Real Estate Commission), fill out the online REALTOR® application -- At the bottom of the completed application, click "Pay Now/Join" to submit the form.

SENTRILOCK SERVICES ARE OPTIONAL. We encourage you to check out the member benefits page to learn how Sentrilock can enhance your business. If you would like to opt in to Sentrilock services you MUST complete the application.
Complete the MARIS Application
To fully process your application you will need to print this form, fill it out, and email it to info@semo.realtor! We strongly recommend doing this while filling out the other applications to avoid delays in processing time.
Make an appointment to visit the SMR Board Office
Once your applications have been processed and you have received the Sentrilock login email, please use the button below to schedule an in-person orientation. This orientation lasts about 30 minutes and goes over important new member information, such as how to use Sentrilock. This is a New Member Requirement and we strongly recommend completing it within your first 30 days.
COMPLETE CODE OF ETHICS COURSE
The Code of Ethics Course is REQUIRED to be completed within 60 days of joining the association. You may access the free online course by using the link below.
COMPLETE NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
The New Member Orientation is REQUIRED to be completed within 60 days of joining the association. You may access the free online course by using the link below.
COMPLETE MARIS ORIENTATION
This course is a requirement of MARIS and must be completed within 60 days of joining.
